Agent Commission & Payout Policy

1. How Commission Works

Agents earn a commission of 15-25% of the service fee for each order they complete, with the exact rate depending on service type, order complexity, and Agent tier, as shown in the Agent App at the time of order assignment.

Commission is calculated and earned only once an order is marked "Completed" — meaning the work has been performed, the required deliverable (document, filing, report, etc.) has been submitted through the Agent App, and SureDeed has verified it meets the order requirements.

2. When Payout Happens

• Payout is released only after work is completed and verified by SureDeed — not at the time an order is assigned or accepted.
• Verified commissions are paid out on a weekly cycle to the Agent's registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account.
• You can track the status of each order's commission (Pending, Verified, Paid) in the Agent App's Earnings tab.

3. Refunds and Commission — Our Rule

Because payout only happens after an order is completed and verified, and because completed, fully-rendered services are not eligible for customer refunds under our Refund Policy, commission clawback is not part of normal operations.

In short: once you're paid, that payout is final and will not be reversed as a result of a routine customer refund request, since a completed order isn't refundable in the first place.

3.1 Limited Exceptions

Commission already paid out may be reversed or deducted from future payouts only in these specific situations:

• Fraud or misrepresentation: the Agent submitted false, fabricated, or plagiarized work, or misrepresented the status of an order.
• Material error discovered post-payment: the delivered document/filing is later found to be materially incorrect due to the Agent's error (e.g., wrong Khatiyan submitted, incorrect deed details) in a way that caused SureDeed to issue a refund or redo the work at its own cost.
• Duplicate or erroneous payout: a technical or administrative error resulted in the Agent being paid twice for the same order, or paid for an order that was later found to be cancelled before completion.
• Government rejection caused by Agent negligence: the relevant government office rejects or voids the filing due to the Agent's negligence (not due to customer-provided information or government processing issues).

In these cases, SureDeed will notify the Agent in writing (via the Agent App or email) with the reason before any deduction is made, and the Agent may respond with evidence within 5 business days before the deduction is finalized.

4. Order Cancellation Before Completion

If an order is cancelled before you complete and submit the work:

• No commission is owed, since none was earned.
• If you have already incurred approved out-of-pocket costs (e.g., travel for a Field Agent, printing) for that specific order, submit an expense claim through the Agent App — approved claims are reimbursed separately from commission.

If you (the Agent) are unable to complete an assigned order, notify SureDeed through the Agent App as early as possible so the order can be reassigned without delay to the customer. Repeated late cancellations or abandonment of assigned orders may affect your trust score and future order assignments (see Section 6).

5. Withholding Payout

SureDeed may place a payout on hold (rather than deny it outright) pending review if:

• The order is flagged for quality review or a customer complaint.
• The Agent's verification documents (license, ID) have expired or are under re-review.
• There is a suspected duplicate order, fraud pattern, or policy violation under investigation.

Holds will be communicated in the Agent App with an expected resolution timeframe, generally no longer than 10 business days.

6. Trust Score & Ongoing Eligibility

Commission eligibility depends on maintaining active, verified Agent status. Your trust score (visible in the Agent App) may be affected by:

• Late or abandoned orders
• Customer complaints or quality issues
• Any confirmed case under Section 3.1

A significantly reduced trust score may result in fewer order assignments, temporary suspension, or removal from the Agent network, in accordance with the Agent Terms of Service.

7. Payout Method & Taxes

• Payouts are made to the bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered and verified in your Agent App profile. It is your responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.
• Agents are independent contractors, not employees of SureDeed, and are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings under Bangladeshi law.

8. Disputes

If you believe a commission was calculated incorrectly, withheld, or deducted in error, contact us within 15 days of the payout date at support@suredeed.com with your order reference number. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

SureDeed may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our commission structure or operations. Material changes will be communicated through the Agent App or email in advance of taking effect, along with an updated "Last Updated" date above.
